(OTC: JTBK) an Oregon-based cannabis company announced that CenAviv™ has finalized agreements to purchase an Oregon Marijuana Processor License. The company will begin the process to transfer ownership and locations with OLCC. The company has continued to acquire agreements to purchase licenses while not engaging in destructive financing. The company stated it has some proprietary genetics which it intends to launch under The Indica Company™ brand as well as CenAviv™ which will focus on high quality edibles once operations commence. Jetblack is diligently seeking the right funding partners for its operations. “The company has been able to maneuver quite well with limited resources. The company is leasing an 8,400 square foot facility in Hillsboro, Oregon in a state of the art industrial park. The company will need to build out the location for operations and is optimistic it can be converted into a wonderful facility for cannabis use.
